In a fictional post-earthquake Tokyo a television station struggles to function and broadcast in parallel to the rest of the society. The earthquake has been devastating and its effect been on such a large scale that the entire nature is in shock. Buildings have collapsed, power is out, roads are untraversable and people have died.
