Synopsis

At 40, Miguel is at the peak of his career, having achieved the success and wealth he had always dreamed of. Miguel is a confirmed bachelor, living a life of casual relationships, primarily one-night conquests. More than a conscious choice, this way of life is a trauma. Miguel never knew his parents, having grown up in a foster home. The lack of parental guidance and affection prevented him from forming mature and stable relationships with women. Consequently, Miguel invested a significant amount of his energy into his studies, seeing education as the only way to escape the poverty he was destined for. This effort paid off, and with the help of a scholarship, he entered medical school and specialized in plastic surgery, currently enjoying the best period of his career.

However, his world is about to undergo a revolution overnight. A phone call will make him remember a phase of his life he tried to forget and concealed from everyone he interacts with. His best friend from boarding school just died in a car accident, along with his wife, but he left a written request that, in case something happened to him, Miguel should take custody of their three children - Simão, aged 12, Jaime, aged 8, and Beatriz, aged 6 - to spare them from experiencing the same fate and growing up without a family.

Initially, Miguel will try to evade the responsibilities, but after getting to know the kids and spending a thrilling weekend with them, he realizes that he has no other choice but to take them into his home. Little did he imagine that his life could change so much...
