Newly unemployed Paddy Woods (Paddy C. Courtney), discovers there are large grants available to businesses that promote the Irish language.

Bilingual (Irish/English) comedy series about Paddy, who after losing his job with a big international company, then meeting the ghost of a long-dead Irishwoman whose Irish-language memoir made his schooldays a misery, tries to use the Irish language to set up a business and thus avail himself of financial help available to those who use and promote the ancient native language of the island.
