A manager is sent to India to oversee a staff of customer service representatives.

Todd Dempsey works at American Novelty Company and is in line to be the manager of the call center. After attending a training seminar he returns to discover that the Company has decided to out source the call center to India. Now, if Todd wants to be the manager, he must move overseas which he reluctantly does. Once he arrives in India he has a hard time adjusting to their customs and dealing with the assistant manager who also wants to be manager. He meets another American assigned there, Charlie and an Australian woman named Tonya who show Todd the ropes and try to help him adjust to Indian culture.—[email protected]
