Retired Police Inspector, Henry Baker, is suffering from a terminal tumor. Strangely, rather than having a negative effect on his health, the tumor seems to be making Henry's reactions and brain speed more like someone half his age. After his friend is beaten and killed for a £5.00 note, Henry is furious and decides that he has has enough of the local dealers and thugs in his neighborhood.
