"Our Kids: Narrowing the Opportunity Gap" is the 4-hour broadcast and online Media Project for public television broadcast based on the best-selling book by Harvard professor, Robert Putnam, who The Sunday Times of London has called, "the most influential academic in the world." The broadcast examines the widening opportunity gap between rich and poor kids, and what our communities can do to narrow the gap.—Dale Bell & Harry Wiland
