OTTK is a fast-paced crime-comedy following successful businessman Bagrat, who recruits a team of eccentric thieves to return important documents that were stolen from him by his former partner Vle.The heist becomes hilariously complicated. The thieves struggle with understanding each other because of different accents, and the local police have seized from Vle's house a big sum of money and the documents that Bagrat is after, whereas he does not know about it.Vle blackmails the local Chief of police Ashot with a kinky video to reclaim the seized papers and money.Meanwhile Kyaj - Vle's loyal goon, unsuccessfully tries to hook up with Nazo - a girl that works at Bagrat's bar, so as Vle would have an ear at Bagrats camp.Ashot sends his loyal agents, Gips and Karo, to collect the money from local gangs and retrieve the documents from the police evidence room. However, Gips and Karo show too much zeal and, instead of innocent bullying, start carnage in the community of the local criminals. The mafia boss, Don Vito, interferes to restore the delicate equilibrium between the police and the criminal underworld.The thieves take Vle and the content of his safe but accidentally overrun tipsy Ashot on their way back, whose body they bring to their headquarters.It turns out that they have taken Ashot's kinky video instead of Bagrat's papers. To make things worse, Kyaj, who was earlier battered and tied up in the closet of the bar by the heist team, breaks free. Gips and Karo track Kyaj to the bar, where he takes hostage Nazo. Eventually all story-lines end in a final hilarious bloody collision. After taking control of the situation, Ashot, Bagrat, and Don Vito strike a deal. Turns out that Bagrat's problems could have been solved much easier.
