Synopsis

This is a story of an aspiring actress roshni who is steadily climbing ladder of bollywood success. Roshni is backed by Dubai don Sikander Pathan who loves her silently, He controls bollywood with money and muscle power, this helps roshni getting big banner movies. One such big film has been scheduled for shooting in the northern region of India- Dalhousie.

Roshni lands up for shooting in Dalhousie at a remote town and here she meets an innocent boy Raja, this boy is unaware of roshni or bollywood films, he has no interest either in knowing since he is busy involved in his nature and peaceful life. Roshni takes advantage of the situation by not revealing her identity to raja, because she has started liking raja and both feel comfortable in each other's company.

One day Raja invites her to his home to introduce her to his family, she goes alongwith raja to his home in Dalhousie, they both travel from the remote town to Dalhousie, which is around an hour's journey. Both raja and roshni arrive at Raja's house where the entire family is waiting to see roshni, upon seeing roshni the family gets to know she is a bollywood actress and superstar, raja remains calm with any reaction and ignores the matter, because for him she is a normal girl.

Meanwhile Roshni decides to go back to Mumbai as Sikander Pathan has arrived from Dubai to meet Roshni. Here in mumbai Sikander Pathan has only come to express his love for the first time to roshni, he tells her that he loves her and and he wants to make her his life partner, roshni is shocked in splits, she does not know what to say, what not to say?

Sikander tells roshni that he has purchased a posh flat as her gift in Andheri Versova right on the beach on the 13th floor flat no 1303. Roshni spends the night at the new flat, but feels uncomfortable and scary due to unusual feeling of shadows, sounds and paranormal activities.

Actually, the flat is haunted by 2 evils living in it. Roshni next day tells Sikander that she has to leave for Dalhousie to shoot for her film and leaves the following morning. Here roshni lands up at Dalhousie meets raja and she even celebrates her birthday with raja, back in mumbai Sikander Pathan is at the new flat waiting to celebrate roshni's birthday.

At the flat sikander too realises something wrong and paranormal activities happening, back at Dalhousie the press has gone active and roshni's pics with raja with birthday celebrations is out in the newspapers and local TV Channels. Sikander gets to know this and sounds upset.

What's next for roshni?Will she marry raja?Will she marry Sikander?What is the outcome of the flat where 2 evils are living?
