Monsieur Cinema, a hundred years old, lives alone in a large villa. His memories fade away, so he engages a young woman to tell him stories about all the movies ever made. Also, a line of movie stars comes to visit him, giving him back the pleasure of life, but amongst them, there are also some young students only striving after his money for the realization of their film projects. The two stories, Monsieur Cinema's and the young people's life, are told in parallel until they come together in the end, when the old man plays a role in the film made by the students.—Antje Kuechler

The cinema student and cinephile Camille Miralis is hired by a huge amount to assist the one-hundred year-old Monsieur Simon Cinéma, whose memories is fading away, telling stories about the movies he made along one hundred and one years. Camille meets many movie stars that visit Monsieur Cinema, including his Italian friend Marcello Mastroianni, Alain Delon and his ex-wives Jeanne Moreau and Hanna Schygulla. Meanwhile Camille learns that he misses his grandson Vincent that disappeared and she plots with her boyfriend Camille "Mica" that wants to make a film to use their friend Vincent that has just come from India to pose as the grandson to inherit his assets.—Claudio Carvalho, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil
