Synopsis

A young immigrant, Leo, arrives to New York City during a Neo-Noir unknown time period. Soon after his arrival, he witnesses the gritty side of New York City as he encounters street crimes that lead him to a Russian mobster, Peta, who gives him a fully loaded revolver and a job as a hitman. Desperate for cash, Leo accepts. Peta gives Leo targets that are getting in the way of business. Leo masks up and goes on a rampage of robberies and killings murdering anyone who got in his way. Soon he goes from being unknown to recognized by the top crime families working for the Russian mob.

Everyone is nervous, the Asians aren't cooperating, the blacks aren't selling enough product, the hispanic community is wholesaling all the drugs Leo Peta and the Russian mob is taking over operations while cleaning up Brooklyn. Meanwhile, A OG italian gangster Gallucci wants to recruit Leo to help them clean up Italian mafia operations in New York City. Galluci sends his two goofy muscle goons to recruit him, hoping they can use him to assassinate their rivals. Leo continues to rise up to power, becoming feared and respected gangster in the New York underworld.

The Police Commissioner hires a new undercover gangbuster named Alex Pittman to serve the New York area. He is known for his honesty and brutal tactics to curb the gangsters in the past. Peta, Russian Mob and Galucci, Italian mob begin to cooperate along with Leo and his fellow gang-members worried about their operations getting exposed to authorities. Galucci takes Leo to meet his BIG BOSS who is actually a local political leader named Ben Sherman. Though Ben Sherman seems to show his liking to Leo, deep inside, he hates Leo's guts and appoints a few of his people to watch his moves carefully.

Leo makes it his mission to enforce mediation among all local crime families bring the Asians, Hispanics, blacks, Russians and Italians together for a sit down. Leo announces a new era in time when all families must now be allies working together to maintain equality and commerce. Those that don't take risks don't drink champagne. A montage of scenes of the Asian, Black, Hispanic, Russian and Italian mob working together under Leo's power creating one of the most lucrative runs in mob history.

As the local elections get closer, the competition for the position gets tougher. Ben Sherman asks Leo to assassinate one of the key members of the opposition party. Leo, with his sharp shooting skills, successfully assassinates the target. Soon, a major GANG RIVALRY erupts on the streets of New York where gang- members including their friends and families get killed causing hate, mistrust and betrayal within the mafia world. One by one, everyone begins to lose their lives while Ben Sherman raises up to become the next local minister. As soon as the elections end, Ben Sherman strategically plans to get rid of Leo while the streets of New York begin to bleed to a deadly and a twist that leads to the next chapter of a Trilogy about the New York Underworld. This is a Neo-Noir Crime Thriller.
