A reckless girl runs away with a mentally ill guy in search of a better life.

A story of two people, a girl (Adrianna Biedrzynska) and a guy (Zbigniew Zamachowski). They are two marginalized outcasts, deeply alienated people. A young reckless girl, who is being sentenced to a reformatory for a minor offense, decides to run away. She simulates mental illness. During her escort to the psychiatric hospital, she takes advantage of the inattention of the police and together with another young patient in an ambulance rams the gate and drives away. From now on the girl wants to act on her own. However, it turns out that the young guy she has just met has nowhere to go. So the two fugitives stay together initially out of necessity, but as time goes by they become attached to each other. They have to face the grim reality but also their own weaknesses and dreams that are never going to come true.
