A female police detective tries to track down a gang of teenage bank robbers while dealing with sexual harassment on the job, and her troubled home life.

Police officer Jean Martin experiences personal problems after many years in the sexual abuse department, so she demands to be transferred to the homicide/robbery department or she will quit the force. Her request is granted, but while she's concluding her final case in the former department she gets involved in the investigation of a brutal teen gang of robbers.
