Pricilla Salyers was a secretary at the Federal Building in Oklahoma City that was bombed by Timothy McVeigh in the mid 90s. This movie starts on the day of the bombing but concentrates on the aftermath of the crime and Pricilla's rescue from the collapsed building and subsequent physical and mental recovery.—Rob Hartill
