A young man's imagination dances around his dream girl, but the picture he has painted is constructed of hope and memories. A simple story of romance told through movement.

This animated short film explores the psychology of a young man in love, manifesting his imagination onto the screen and projecting his desires through the romantic pas de deux he dances with his dream girl. His mind begins an empty canvas, and on that, he constructs a world in which he and his dream girl may live. He imagines them a perfect pair, moving gracefully from their ballet into sleep, but their perfection can only last as long as he remains blissfully unaware that the dream is mere perception. When he is awakened to this, his world constructed of hope and memories crashes down around him, and the choreography turns pedestrian. The young man, now alone, exits the fantasy - choosing to exist within reality, for better or for worse.—Anonymous
