At the age of 40, I began finding it difficult to accomplish ordinary tasks like getting dressed or tying my shoes. A few years later, I was officially diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease. As my body began to move even slower ( A symptom of Parkinson's known as Brandykinesia ) I was reminded of the relationship between kinetic and potential energy, When living Parkinson's you day is like a rubber band that is wound up and released only to begin the process over and over again.—Anonymous
