Kostas Nikodimos is coming to Greece after a long absence. He has to settle the issue of the inheritance of his uncle Timotheos Konstas who died under mysterious circumstances.

Timotheos Konstas, a rich businessman, dies under mysterious and unclear circumstances. Nicodemus, his nephew and heir, decides to unravel the mystery of his death. He quickly discovers that his uncle's death is related to a secret kept from the years of Occupation. In the meantime, however, Nikodimos falls in love with the beautiful and mysterious Magda, his uncle's widow.
