After landing his first job, ambitious Vasilis reluctantly enlists in the Greek Army to perform his mandatory 2-year military service. But with his father in hospital and his mother struggling to support the family, it falls to Vasilis to provide for them and his frivolous sister, Daisy. However, the young conscript finds it hard to cope with the new reality, and problems pile up. As a result, Vasilis wants out. When illegal recreational drugs enter the equation, offering the illusion of freedom, Vasilis will soon find himself at a crossroads.
