A fugitive serial killer forms a bond with a sociopathic office receptionist.

Marcus Knight is a fugitive serial killer hiding on the outskirts of Atlanta. He has been so successful evading capture that the FBI begins pressuring Officer Tammy Grisham, an undercover cop working as a dealer in a crime boss's gambling ring, to go to even more dangerous measures to find out his whereabouts. Marcus approaches Jenna Taylor, a sociopathic office receptionist who owes him a favor, and asks her to hook him up with her friend Brianna, a shady private pilot, for an escape flight to Jamaica. Brianna agrees to smuggle Marcus into Jamaica but wants $15,000 for the job, an amount of which he is ten grand shy. Jenna agrees to help Marcus commit murder to accrue the rest of the money he needs for his flight and in so doing realizes she gets tremendous pleasure and fulfillment in homicide. She also realizes her ability to control Marcus and soon develops other plans besides helping him get out of the country.
