The first child in 25 years has been born; he's a miracle, but the rebels vow to kill him; his parents are forced to put their trust in strangers to save his life because the world's fate is in their hands.
No child born takes a futuristic look at the planet Earth after the government fought the last world war. Once it was all said and done, it left the world a desolate place where dead bodies lined the streets; there was not enough food to eat and two factions. The first faction is the government, where their employees live in the comfort of an astrodome that protects them from the broken ozone layer and the morning sun, which burns the flesh off unsheltered humans. The youngest humans are 26 years old, and once they die off, the world will be extinct from human beings, and the only thing that will exist is the rumble of a once booming society. All of this was before the hope arrived with the birth of a boy to a man and woman that lived in the faction in the bottoms. The government uses drones to track the activities at the bottom, and once the child is born, the drones try and get a look at him. The parents and a few of their friends travel across the dangerous land only to find that the rebels they thought would protect them have placed a hit out on the newborn child. They find refuge in an abandoned building but only for a few days. The rebels track them down and have them pinned down in the building. A female bounty hunter hired by the government struggles with her morals on whether the child is safer with the government or in the bottoms. As the rebels gain more ground, the bounty hunter decides that she must fight against the rebels to help the child. The child becomes sick and about to die as the rebels close in; the parents and their friends are almost out of ammo as the rebels enter the abandoned building. If they cannot stop the rebels and save the child, humanity will become extinct, and the Earth will become an empty shell like the rest of the planets in the universe.
