Peerenboom as "Fritz the Nite Owl" presenting movies on Monday through Friday at 11:00pm till 1:00am on WCLS-TV Channel 62, in Columbus, Ohio, USA; from about 1992 until 1995. Frederick C. Peerenboom as "Fritz the Nite Owl" had previously hosted movies on Friday nights 11:30 pm on WBNS-TV Channel 10 Columbus, Ohio from September 1974 until June 1991. After the show ended its run in 1995, Frederick C. Peerenboom would reprise the character of "Fritz the Nite Owl" hosting horror movies on WCLL-TV Channel 19 Columbus, Ohio from about May 2001 till about July 2003; and "Nite Owl Theatre Starring Fritz the Nite Owl" from 2010-2013.—The Professor
