Peerenboom as "Fritz the Nite Owl" had previously hosted movies on Friday nights 11:30 pm on WBNS-TV Channel 10 Columbus, Ohio from September 1974 until June 1991 and on Monday through Friday at 11:00pm till 1:00am on WCLS-TV Channel 62 Columbus, Ohio from about 1992 until 1995; and reprising the character of "Fritz the Nite Owl" hosting horror movies on "Nite Owl Theatre Starring Fritz the Nite Owl" from 2010-2013.—The Professor
