This is a biography of the Georgian artist, Niko Pirosmanishvili 1862? - 1918 His work is not very well known outside of Europe and Russia but is very good. Many of his paintings were seen in the better known film Mille et une recettes du cuisinier amoureux, Les (1996).—Anonymous
