The creators of the drama Já, Olga Hepnarová, are back and once again promise a film that will be unique and a little rougher than what we are used to from domestic filmmakers. Sára works as an assistant at the army headquarters in Prague. She is an attractive woman surrounded by young men, but without a partner, as her authoritarian mother never forgets to remind her. When she meets the gallant and charming Martin, she finally experiences the love of her life. Gradually they grow closer, but when Sára wants to take their relationship to a deeper and more physical level, Martin unexpectedly cuts her off. Refusing to accept his reluctance to confide in her, Sára wants to know what is stopping him from being with her. She discovers that Martin has a secret. She promises not to tell anyone, but does so in good faith. And then he learns how society deals with those who don't fit into the right boxes. This film unfolds from the perspective of Sára, a young woman who falls in love with a mysterious man, but their relationship doesn't quite fit society's standards, and they both have to decide if it's worth fighting to stay together. The film highlights the highly topical issue of the inability to live up to the expectations of one's environment and the social pressures, alienation and self-doubt that being different brings.
