Supportive brother drives his rock star wannabe sibling to an audition. Confronted by a sinister loner, they take refuge at an old woman's home, unaware they're being stalked. A nightmarish bloodbath unfolds in the Vermont woods.

Simon has always been supportive of his brother Nick's increasingly unrealistic dreams of becoming a rock god, even after he himself left the band to focus on more adult things, such as local politics. However, when Nick's self-centered behavior starts to affect Simon's own ambitions, he decides it's time to set a boundary. Out of pity and nostalgia, Simon reluctantly agrees to do one last favor for Nick; drive him to an audition for famed music producer The Maestro. Their journey is quickly impeded by an unsettling, backwoods loner named Judd, who has a bone to pick with Simon. With a flat tire in the middle of the woods, no cell reception and night swiftly approaching, the brothers, along with another hitchhiking couple take refuge with a charitable elderly woman who goes by the nickname Nana. Little do they know that Judd is stalking them from the shadows of the Vermont forest. The blood-soaked events that ensue can only be referred to as a "Nightmare at Nana's".—Austin Rice
