During an otherwise fun day at the beach, much to their surprise, young Elizabeth and her friends stumble upon some pumpkins that washed ashore. Without a second thought, the girls start squashing the fleshy fruits, only to cover themselves with a sticky red substance; however, do pumpkins have blood? Before long, this seemingly innocuous act of violence will trigger the unforeseen resurrection of a hideous pumpkin-headed vine-covered monster: a powerful entity hell-bent on exacting revenge on those who stand in his way.
