A young student is drafted into the Vietnam War. He joins the Viet Cong and films their operations.

Vietnam 1967. Nhiem is a 19-year-old film student, when he is forced to leave his studies and join the Vietnam War. During the Tet Offensive, at the Ho-Chi-Minh trail and many other locations, he experiences the full extent and the sufferings of war. This intense story follows the real-life events of a young Vietnamese man, starting his adult life as camera assistant and eventually becoming the Viet Cong's documentary eye.
