Timothy Westbrook wakes up unaware of his location, only to find a note and two spent casings of ammunition. After spending time trying to realize why he woke up in Buffalo, he meets an undercover cop by the name of Patrick Myerson. Patrick, while in the middle of a drug investigation, attempts to help Timothy figure out why he was left in the city. A drug dealer by the name of Rico ends up helping Myerson in exchange for amnesty on the drug case. After the clues come together, things start to look really interesting...
