Loveable bad boy Pepper Sterling, Carrie Spicer's LA radio talk-show co-)star, accidentally insults a major sponsor and is 'banished' to the petty Colorado sister station. There manager Cole welcomes him as co-star of his unimpressed sole talk show host, qualified psychologist Sandra Love, who initially hates his blunt manner, unlike studio technician Jonah, who eagerly plays Pepper's host. The co-presenters get to know, tease and like each-other, bonding over past traumas. Then Cole offers to take Sandra along at his impending promotion to a radio in Dallas, and Pepper is offered a raise to return to his LA show.—KGF Vissers
