Two young doctors face everyday challenges related to the country's poor structure in health care to save lives.

In a hospital in southern Brazil, two young doctors, Marco, a resident, and Julia, an emergency specialist, have to deal with problems such as violence, lack of structure and media pressure. At the same time, they love what they do and they'll try to find in every detail and emotion the reasons that made them become doctors. During the show, they're both under a lot of tension, while they search for respect and appreciation in their job.
