An aging, vain, actor (Anil Chatterjee) is left paralyzed by a hooligan attack, and must come to terms with the altered circumstances of his life, with his no-nonsense nurse (Padma Rani) tending to him, body and soul.
Anil Chatterjee is a vain, aging superstar actor who is attacked by hooligans when returning drunk from a bash. This leaves him partially paralyzed and incapacitated. Stripped of his good looks (and his wig), he must face up to a life as an invalid. Padma Rani plays the no-nonsense nurse who won't stand any of his shenanigans, but shows true compassion as a nurse would to her patient, and brings him back to not just physical health, but also to an emotional state when he is able to reconcile himself to the still wonderful life he has, if not the fantasized one he has lived so far. Aparajita Krishn plays the daughter who can also not take his tantrums and self-engrossed narcissism any more.
