Nanna Ditzel (1923-2005) designed organic furniture, jewelry and stairscapes. She looked into the future and challenged Danish design with wild shapes and colors and furniture without legs. Nanna Ditzel possessed a strength and a will to implement her ideas and pursue her dreams. She influenced the people she worked with and lived with. To form a full picture of her life and career one century after her birth, the designer's innovative and colorful designs as well as her private archives including her diaries have been researched over the course of eight months while interviews were conducted with family, colleagues and historians .
