Nanda Gopal (Srinagara Kitty) is promised a promotion by his boss Radhika (Ragini) if he successfully performs the tasks assigned to him. Radhika wants to marry Nanda, who is already married to Rukmini (Nikesha Patel).

Heart patient Radhika (Ragini), chairperson of RG Group of Companies, is on the lookout for someone who can replace her at work. During one of her visits to the Bangalore office, Radhika notices Nanda Gopala (Srinagara Kitty), an accountant with an MBA degree, and decides to put him through the wringer. She throws some challenges his way, promising him a promotion if he performs well. But one test in particular puts Nanda Gopala on the spot. Radhika wants Nanda, who is already married to Rukmini (Nikesha Patel), to marry her. As expected, this leads to a rift between Rukmini and Nanda Gopala. Though Nanda tries to convince Rukmini that it's all part of a bigger plan, she refuses to believe it. The story takes a curious twist when Nanda Gopala and Rukmini get to know of the real intentions behind the tests.
