Naina is driven by the motto "Shoot for the moon! Even if you miss, you'll land among the stars." Naina's family emigrated from Punjab, India to Canada many years ago. For the 11th-Grader, this is an opportunity to combine the better of two cultures. For six years, she has been hosting a radio show at a local radio station in her hometown of Surrey, B.C. She also wants to record a video for a song she co-wrote, addressing Punjabi kids in Canada. Naina hardly has time for other activities, as she has to work hard in the last, defining years of high school. And then there are the weekly meetings at her local Gurdwara, or temple, where she regularly performs for the Sikh community. This episodes was part of the series "Teens in Canada" on Planet-Schule.de (WDR/SWR).—Katja De Bock
