A docudrama produced with the participation of the Ministry of the Environment of the Czech Republic, offers a relatively sharp critique of the exploitation of Mother Earth. It presents this issue in a mythical and artistic (even experimental) form, using historical records. From Pálava hunters to Neolithic farmers and the Iron Age, it attempts to depict the gradual transition from the worship of Mother Earth to her exploitation. The documentary illustrates how the detachment from nature leads to the dominance of machines, consumer-oriented industrial civilization, fanaticism, terrorism and, last but not least, the butterfly effect.
