Summaries

A couple of Swedish men do business across the border involving both Russians and Poles.

At the Bronialevski Castle in Poland, just before the outbreak of the First World War, the Count's daughter Irma is engaged with Russian Count and General Staff Officer Vladimir Maratoff. The young couple is not aware of that the castle is the headquarters of a national conspiracy of Poland's independence. The secret conspiracy is led by Irma's father, Count Bronialevski, and the organization's ledger is a music album filled with notes in code. Apart from the conspiracy there is information about a huge sum of money invested abroad.—Ulf Kjell Gür
