A spoiled teen's birthday bash turns killer after she convinces her parents to re-open a roller skating rink where murders took place.

The film follows a girl named Madison Penrose, spoiled throughout her life to the extent that she convinces her parents to re-open Rollerdome for her Sweet 16.
