When Barney comes home for his father's funeral, his brother's wife Eleanor--Barney's first love--meets him and they go to the club where they first met, and Barney recalls how things kept him apart, like his need to act out at his father. And his fear of commitment.[email protected]

Barney, the black sheep of a rich family, meets and falls in love with Elanor at a family Christmas party. But she falls for his brother instead, which leaves Barney and Elanor feuding. Later on, Barney gets drafted into the Army, and when he gets out, he leaves the state. He returns home 27 years later for his father's funeral and meets up with Elanor, which causes problems.—Shawn Ashley
