Against the backdrop of a worldwide assassination scheme, Julian Wall--the ruthless kingpin of the underground criminal organisation, Big-O--sets out to kidnap the renowned scientist, Dr Norman Solaris: the inventor of the devastating solar-powered Helio-beam weapon.
