A stressed-out, big-city cop seeks refuge in Hawaii, only to become embroiled in a serial murder case that appears to be identical to his last case in New York City.
Charlie Raski (Kilner) is a New York cop who goes to forget his last case: a serial killer whom he couldn't stop. When a series of similar murders occurs in Hawaii the Honolulu police approach him for help. As the killings continue, Raski finds himself the prime suspect in the investigation. To clear his name he must find the killer and finish what he began in New York.
