Summaries

Inspired by Louisa May Alcott's masterpiece "Little Women", this story takes place during a Civil War in 1859. The tempestuous Josephine, the beautiful Manuela, the fragile Maria Teresa and the romantic Chelita are the little women of this tale who must cope with the hardships of war and the absence of their father for this reason. Josephine will evade the marriage proposal of Juan Bautista, the grandson of Marco Alcantara, a powerful and respected retired general, to pursue a career as a writer.
