Olga (Elena Polyanskaya) is a renowned surgeon forced to quit her job because the hospital closes its doors. The same day, upon returning home, she finds her husband Igor (Roman Polyanskiy) with another woman. Then, she decides to return to her hometown although she promised never to return. The bus she is traveling in has a crash and she survives only because at the last moment they exchanged seats with the only deceased, another female passenger.
