Two years after losing her husband, 32-year-old Hyo Jin is asked to take in 16-year-old Jong Wook, her late husband's son from his previous marriage, after his grandmother develops dementia. Although initially uncomfortable, she agrees. As Hyo Jin tries to connect with Jong Wook, she discovers he is searching for his biological mother, whom she was told had passed away, leading her to question if she might still be alive.
