The film follows the prophetic journey of Lord Shivas avatar/son 'Vettakkorumakan' on his descent from heavens to earth with the theme of monsoon running in parallel.

The wait and arrival of Southwest monsoon told through images and sound. And these images and sounds are juxtaposed with a prehistoric ritual called 'Theyyam' where the mortal performer becomes Lord Shivas avatar for few moments. Annual arrival of 'monsoon' is always a parallel story of miracles, destruction, prosperity and ultimately the uncertainty of Gods.
