The River Time Forgot is a documentary film which chronicles a one of a kind exploratory expedition through Mongolia. The teams mission was to attempt to float 140 miles of an uncharted river in Northern Mongolia and fly-fishing for the worlds largest trout, the Hucho Taimen. For this group, the trip was like going back in time and seeing what the American frontier used to be like. Native fish in their native habitat and Native peoples still living their traditional sustainable nomadic lifestyles. Along the way they interact with the local people and the land scape in a way that touched every members souls and inspired a deep appreciation for the fish, land and people of the region and a desire to help protect it.—Anonymous
