An orphan who practices hypnosis faces off against a bank robber who wants her book on the art form.

This movie is about a young orphan girl who just happens to come across a hypnotizing book. She hypnotizes her way onto a London show and becomes rich and famous. But she loses her best friend due to her lack of attention yowards him. And a man also wants her book. He tracks her all the way to London and takes her dog. In order to get it back, she must help him steal the plunder from some robbers just after they robbed the richest bank in London of all its jewels.

Molly Moon (Raffey Cassidy) was abandoned at horrid Hardwick House. She hates many people like Edna (Celia Imrie) and Miss Adderstone (Lesley Manville), the ghastly orphanage owner. One day she finds a magical book that gives her the power of hypnotism. She makes her life easier using the hypnosis, but it leads her too far and she must not just use the power of hypnotism but the power of friendship to make things right again.—Sophia
