A ruthless rapist and jewel thief and his gang are brought to justice by a cop and a young avenger.

A country boy, Darky, witnesses a rape perpetrated by the town Chiefs son, Ho Lap. The sons handler, Tricky, turns the tables and accuses Darky, who escapes but is stopped by an inspector Fong Sen, in town to investigate the whereabouts of the outlaw Liu Ta Leung. Back in Tricky's custody, the thugs try an extort a confession out of Darky. Meanwhile the townspeople tell Fong of his mistake about the situation and he goes to Ho Lap's father, Ho Tin Pa to look for Darky. Fong rescues Darky, and takes custody of Ho Lap, setting out for the city to take the criminal to justice. Ho Tin Pa goes to Liu Ta Leung, who rescues his son and kills Darky and Fong Sen. Fong's brother and an Inspector Luk head towards the country town, one out for vengeance, the other for justice.—M. Astaphan
