A tale of two women who are at odds with each other over allegations of plagiarism, which sparks a series of hostilities and shocking revelations spun around a murder for which they both are suspects.
Hindi literature professor in a Darjeeling college, Juhi Adhikary accuses her student Rhea Rajguru of plagiarism. While Rhea pleads that she is innocent, this sets off a series of incidents with Juhi and Rhea getting into each other's crosshairs. Matters soon spiral out of control; triggering an adverse psychological combat between them that leads to a shocking revelation. Amidst it all, things get further complicated when Juhi's husband- Neil Adhikari is murdered and both the women are plausible suspects.—Promita Mukherjee
Juhi and Rhea discuss their notions of truth. Rhea takes Arun's help to get the CCTV footage of Juhi entering her room. We also see her with her father- Mr. Rajguru, with whom she has a strained relationship. Meanwhile, Juhi continues to get increasingly suspicious about Rhea after she loses her wedding ring from her bag, believing it to be Rhea's doing. She spirals furthermore, when she sees an old picture of her and Neil at a bar with Rhea in the background staring at them. Only, the bar shut down long before Rhea started college. At the Founder's Day party- Rhea happens to be present as a server for the evening where Juhi notices her wearing her wedding ring and attacks her in front of everyone. After an altercation, it is revealed that while Rhea's ring looks similar, it isn't the same. Neil flares up at Juhi's erratic behaviors and that leads to a huge fight between them after which Juhi moves to her parents' house temporarily, while Rhea once again ensnares Neil - only this time things get heated up to a point where Neil ends up sending a dick pic. As Juhi and her University colleagues wait for Rhea at the review meeting, Rhea sends her the dick pic. 2 days later: As Rhea's picture is pinned next to Juhi's at the Police Station board, Sunanda tells Ajeet about a call made from Juhi's house to university girls hostel around the time of the murder.
