The story tells of the mystery of an old woman known as Wan Peah who lived in Kampung Kuala Pari Hilir. Wan Peah often behaved strangely, never smiled, and liked to stay in the dark, leading villagers to believe she had a Saka. After 12 years without seeing Wan Peah, the villagers assumed she had passed away. However, the appearance of Cik Siti, who lived next door to Wan Peah, caused chaos in the village as villagers began to see Wan Peah's apparition.
