Taichi, a university student, meets Mioka, a spirited girl who lives freely. They fall in love, but Mioka reveals she has an incurable brain disease with no treatment. Despite her worsening condition and limited time, Mioka embraces life fully, while Taichi chooses to love her unconditionally and bear witness to her journey.
