Trapped in a hell-like dimension, Subject D is forced to get creative as he is subjected to the demented and perverted world he has found himself in, all while planning his escape.

Subject D has passed the barrier between dimensions, but soon realizes his horrible mistake. The world he hoped was paradise is in fact a hell unlike anything imaginable, filled with demented beings and harsh conditions whose only purpose is to take D's life, which he is not willing to give up. In the process, he is forced to make the tough decision: find a way out or accept this new life in hell.
